Refund / Fulfillment Policy
How Others Oriented LLC intends to handle consulting work, digital goods, subscriptions, and manual invoicing scenarios.
Consulting and services
Strategy, consulting, review, and advisory work is generally treated as time, scheduling, and expertise-based delivery. Once work has begun or a session has been held, refunds may be limited except where required by law or agreed in writing.
If scope changes materially before work begins, Others Oriented LLC may choose to convert a payment into credit, revise scope, or issue a discretionary refund.
Digital goods and downloads
Digital goods are typically fulfilled by download link or email instructions. Because digital delivery can be immediate, refunds may be limited after fulfillment unless the product is defective, materially misdescribed, or otherwise required by law.
A download reissue form is available for resend requests, but it is not a customer account dashboard.
Subscriptions and retainers
Recurring support or advisory subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through Stripe's billing portal or another written arrangement. Partial-month refunds may not be available once a billing cycle has started unless expressly stated otherwise.
Retainers and manual recurring invoices may include separate notice periods or minimum terms in proposals or agreements.
Support and donation-style payments
Support-style payments or pay-what-you-want contributions are generally considered voluntary unless tied to a clearly described deliverable. Refund requests in those cases may be reviewed individually.
